YOGA WORKSHOP

Yoga demonstration and workout session was conducted at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College Kottarakara .Under the guidance of Physical Education faculty Nibin sir, the session was conducted. Different types of asanas🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♂️ and various other yoga demonstration were included in the session.All the student teachers were attended the session.
The session was very effective and helpful.
