YOGA WORKSHOP

6th June 2022 

Yoga demonstration and workout session was conducted  at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College Kottarakara .Under the guidance of Physical Education faculty Nibin sir, the session was conducted. Different types of asanas🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️ and various other yoga demonstration were included in the session.All the student teachers were attended the session.

The session was very effective and helpful.

Today in the general hall of the college, a ceremony was held to felicitate👏🥰 all the KTET Qualifiers under the leadership of Principal Roy👨🏻‍🏫 and Each student teacher 👩🏻‍🏫representing each department told us how they achieved this feat and motivated us...🤗😌

Roy sir says  lastly the program ended by saying that next year you should achieve the same..🎉
