Capacity building and leadership training workshop in accordance with EDU 01.
Facilitator for the workshop was E K Jijan👨🏻🏫, Assistant professor of Mount Tabor Training College.
The workshop started by prayer... 🙏And he introduced himself.
The workshop was really good ,informative and inspiring.... 📜👌😇
His each and every word was thought💭 provoking.
He shared the slides contained various activities and information... 📑
He was so interactive with us and tried to encourage 👏our capacity and leadership quality.
Later he arranged all of us as many groups.....🧑🤝🧑👭🏻👫🏻👭🏻 and he gave certain activities which boosted up our confidence, cooperation and leadership quality.
At last he showed a video of dancing💃🕺 and asked all of us to do the same.
We all did the same with more happily and energetically.
