ACHIEVEMENT TEST AND FAREWELL DAY

On 27th of July 

I conducted Achievement test📃 in class VIII C in 🕙2nd Period... 31 students gave the test. I gave one copy of question paper to my mentor teacher👩🏻‍🏫 before the test. General instructions were given on the test. The test was conducted for 45 minutes. The very same day a farewell party✨🥰 was given to us by the teachers. Teachers shared their experience with us. They thanked us for our service. We also shared our experience of the training phase. With the refreshment program the day ended.

Then Shared their school experience...,🫡

First Gopika from Marthoma school told their lesson plans were completed and observation completed. Planning to conduct the achievement on coming week.Then Liya from Gov. H.S. S, pooyapalli told that we were covered almost 28 lesson plans and their general reflection was not yet over...🙄Then last week school celebrated International Moon day🌚.Achievement test will be conduct in the following week.Next Drishya from st. Gregarious school, Kottarakara told that their lesson plans were completed. Last week based on the moon day a quiz competition was conducted and they got chance to prepare unit test questions. From St Mary's H. S. S, kizhakkekara Sruthy told that they both completed all lesson plans.Peer observation completed and planing to conduct the achievement on coming week.Then Jessy from Gov. H S S, Adoor told that their lessons were completed. Moon day was celebrated by conducting poster making and quiz competition. Then on Saturday their school inaugurated Vidhyarangam kaladahithya vedi and on that inaguration day they presented the clown show .Achievement will be conducting on coming day.Next from our 🏫 MGDGHS, Kundara Shincy shared the reflection, as covered the lesson plan and coming week we are planning to organize achievement test.Finally Tessy from KNNMVHSS, puthoor told that lesson plans were completed and conducted achievement test.Peer observation completed but her general observation was pending.The reflection ended around 5pm.

Most of the teacher trainees shared that they should completed almost 30 classes according to the lesson plan... 👩🏻‍🏫📃and some of us are preparing for the achievement test and will conduct the achivement test on next week. Others conducted achievement as well.

Then Praveena teacher 👩🏻‍🏫 shared the feedback about the classes we took during the observation period.Then she gave other instructions related to our pending works also.

After that she took attendance and then the reflection session came to an end....👩🏻‍💻🔚

Sreevindhnath from Marthoma HS, Arumurikada told about the world population day👨‍👩‍👦👨‍👩‍👧👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 program, examinations ✍️and observation🧐. Then Leethu from Gov. Boys HS, Adoor shared that they have completed almost 27 lp... 📋They got substitution as the lack of teachers.

Then Myself from MGDGHS, Kundara  told that we are completed almost all lesson plans and next week going to conduct the achievement test...📝Next Annu from St Gregorious HS, Kottarakara told that last week was a busy week, after all they have completed the lesson plans, their mentor teacher instructed them to take rest of the unit... So it made them a little busy🙅🏻‍♀️...

Next Gopika from MTGHS, Kottarakara told that they are also completed almost above 25 lp... 📃Next Shilpa from St Mary's HS, kizhakkekara told that they have completed full lp and conducted achievement test.Next Surabhi from Govt H S Pooyapalli told about the world population day program nalla padam club inauguration, about examination and last week's second observation etc...

AWARENESS CLASS ON MENSTRUATION AND PERSONAL HYGIENE

The school conducted an awareness class for UP students of VI,VII and  menstruation and personal hygiene...

From Gov. Hospital, kumbalam, a sister cum educator Revathy S. R. took the awareness class. Students were ask their doubts🤔💭 in the menstruation After the session the sister gave some free napkins to the students.

 

REMEDIAL TEACHING

As per today's time table I had 2nd  period in 8C class and I used this time to take Remedial teaching👩🏻‍🏫.. The class was taken after preparing a different method of study for the questions that most children got wrong ❌through the diagnostic test.. 📃

The class was taken up by incorporating new activities to make the concept clear to the children..👍🏻 So I believe that some of the misunderstandings formed by them have been changed to the right way through this class.. 🤓

Similarly in 8c the third period went to observe Karishma's class..  👩🏻‍🏫

In the lunch time 🍱we served noon meal also.

AWARD CEREMONY FOR 10th Standard Student

 An award ceremony @ M. G. D. G. H. S, Kundara🏫 on 📅July 10th from ⏱️3pm to 5pm. The students who completed their 10th were appreciated with a Trophy in the program. The principal Roy Sir inaugurated the ceremony.

INNOVATIVE LESSON PLAN

⏱️ 2nd Period

As per today's time table I had 2nd period in 8C class. 

Optional teacher Praveena 👩🏻‍🏫 came to school as observation so today I took Innovative Lesson plan📖 in class. For this I choose 'Cell Orgenelles' from the chapter "Life Mysteries in Little Chambers"... 🦠🔬 

The introduction part was done in a role-play💁🏻‍♀️ format with each child as a character in the story of the lesson plant introduction part. In the second activity innovative work was used to introduce students to different cell organelles.. 😉 The children were very interested and curious in the class while using the model.. 🤗

 

WEEKEND REFLECTION 5TH WEEK

OPTIONAL REFLECTION

at Natural Science Optional Classroom. 

The reflection was conducted in the leadership of optional teacher Praveena... 👩‍🏫

Each student teachers from every school shared their experiences about the last week school 🏫 activities...🥰✨

Mainly they told about the programme held in the school related to Basheer day.Then all the teacher trainees conducted Diagnostic test📃 in the class and some carried out remedial teaching.Everyone completed almost 20 lesson plans in the school.Then some of them shared their observation 🧐 experiences...

All of the teacher trainees have the difficulty 🥺😵 to take classes on time....

So many classes are lost because of rain🌧️, strike and other programmes happened, classes were not available to take our lesson plan..😔

After reflection teacher gave us instructions regarding preparing achievement test and other works.

 

DIAGNOSTIC TEST

⏱️ 6th Period

As per today's time table I had no class in 8C but got substitution periods in 6th and 7th perioda 8C class... ☺️

So I had conducted Diagnostic Test 📃 on 6th period and Take new chapter Tissues on 7th period.. 🤓👍🏻

31 students gave test. Before conducting test proper instructions were given...👍🏻

 The test lasted for around 45mins. After the bell 🔔rang, I collected the paper...📃

BASHEER DAY

 The Vaikom Muhammed Basheer day 

on July 5 

The death anniversary of Basheer was remembered on the day. His works poems, novels, stories 📃✍🏻📖were reminisced on this moment.

One member from each school shared the reflection about the last week...😉😊

Most of them told that last week international drug day🚬💊💉 was celebrated in the each schools...🏫

In some schools they conducted rallies🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♂️, speech💬, quiz competition and organized awareness class...

Some of the teacher trainees shared the observation reflection.... They told about positives and negatives observed by teachers during the observation time...

Then the teacher shared the teaching observation reflection.The reflection section ended around 4.30pm... 🔚👩🏻‍💻

 Mehendi competition... ✨🥰✍🏻

It was on the basis of Eid celebration... 🌙🌜☪️🤲🏻The program was conducted for the first time in the history of the school... 🏫

The program was inaugurated by the principal Roy Sir. There were teachers to judge the competition. It was a mesmerizing moment😯🙀❕to see the talents of different students.
